Dean Hartley

Group CEO of Bodies & Minds, Feet & Ankles

Dean Hartley is a Podiatrist of 10 years and founding Director of Balance Podiatry & iOrthotics.

Dean was integral in the development of iOrthotics and implementing 3D printing technology to innovate the orthotics industry. iOrthotics now boasts to be one of the only orthotic laboratories in the world producing 3D printed orthotics.

As CTO, Dean is responsible for setting the IT roadmap, ensuring this works with the broader business strategy whilst being the interface between the technology department and the rest of the business.

Scott Morrison

General Manager

Scott Morrison founded Allsports Podiatry in 2003 alongside Physiotherapy Director, Tony Ganter. Scott has a Bachelor of Science (Human Movement Studies/Exercise Physiology) from the University of Queensland (1998) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) with Honours from the Queensland University of Technology (2001). Since graduating Scott has worked primarily in the clinical setting and has enjoyed several years as a member of staff at QUT, teaching anatomy, orthotic manufacture and biomechanics to podiatry students. He currently works at iOrthotics managing the day to day operations in addition to one day treating patients.

Scott’s role at iOrthotics includes;

  • Day to day management of iOrthotics business
  • Lab technician staff training and support
  • Admin and clinical support to prescribing Podiatrists
  • Assisting in R&D projects

Bec Rice

Customer Relations Manager

Bec has worked in Allied Health clinics over 9 years, in various Practice/Area management roles. She has an in depth knowledge of the podiatry industry and helped set up and run practices for Balance podiatry over a 7 year span.

Bec has been instrumental in managing projects here at iOrthotics, such as the Qld government ‘Injury Prevention and Management program’, and progressing iOrthotics towards ISO 9001 accreditation.

Spiro Vithoulkas | DIP APP SC (POD)

Sales and Business Development Officer

Spiro  Vithoulkas began working as an orthotic lab technician from 1988, prior to establishing various clinics in South Australia in 1991. These included:  Southern Podiatry Centre, Adelaide Podiatry Group and Podiatry Care.

He has helped pioneer 3D Laser scanning and orthotic manufacture since 1996. Spiro also established; Advanced biomechanical laboratory, helped establish PodScan Orthotic laboratory and was Co-Author of the Practice Builder Program.

He Joined the MFD team in 2017 and currently works at iOrthotics as business development manager where he mentors business owners with his business and marketing experience.

Currently his role involves

  • On and Off site Training
  • Script development
  • Developing design protocols
  • Clinical and prescription support for Podiatrists
  • Providing business and Marketing support for iOrthotic customers
  • Plan development for individual clinics helping to take 3D printed orthotics to the market place.
