Ordering Portal & App Privacy Policy
This privacy policy refers to the iOrthotics Ordering Portal (accounts.iorthotics.com.au, usa.iorthotics.com) as the Website and the iOS app as the App.
iOrthotics respects each individuals right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through the App and Website only in the ways disclosed in this statement.
Part I. Information Collection
iOrthotics collects information at several points. The Website collects information related to patients and orders, and the App collects information to be sent to the Website for processing.
When you create or edit data on the App, it may access your device’s hardware and operating system information strictly to help ensure that the app can provide the best user experience and is up to date for that combination of hardware and operating system. We never capture personal information for any other purpose.
Data collected through the App (patient details and scan-related files) are stored locally on your device until they can be sent to the Website, and are then deleted from device storage. Data collected by the App is stored temporarily to ensure a robust user experience and to prevent data loss.
We do not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
Our Website employs cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a users computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable us to remember your logged in session. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
Part II. Information Usage
Registered users of the Website may receive notifications from us about their orders and billing. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. iOrthotics uses Mailgun to deliver notification emails to customers. Please refer to the Mailgun privacy policy for more information.
The app does not share any data with third parties, nor does it collect any personal information other than that which is required to use the Website and App (patient details, orders, invoices and order-related file uploads).

Part III. Access to Information
iOrthotics maintains the accuracy of our information by user-supplied voluntary updates. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
iOrthotics serves and stores information using a secured Amazon Web Services infrastructure to ensure data remains private, secure and our services are robust.
iOrthotics protects user information with a number of security measures including TLS encryption, secure servers, firewalls and other technologies and procedures used to protect consumer privacy. All medical information is encrypted prior to transmission in accordance with government requirements.
